Join the Rick Hansen Foundation School Program for the inaugural Rick Hansen Many In Motion Day, celebrated on Tuesday June 2nd during National AccessAbility Week.
As we celebrate the 40th anniversary of the Man In Motion World Tour, this day invites all K-12 educators and students across Canada to carry Rick Hansen’s legacy forward by celebrating inclusion and taking action toward a more accessible classroom, school, community and world.
Join the Many In Motion by:
Watching the Many In Motion Day presentation with your class.
Join Rick Hansen Foundation Ambassador Bean Gill for an engaging presentation that inspires students to be part of the Many in Motion, including a special video message from Rick Hansen!
The 30-minute presentation is pre-recorded to watch with your class when it’s most convenient for you.
Completing the Many In Motion Day: Inclusion in Action resource with your class.
This activity helps students understand accessibility as both a physical design practice and a community responsibility. Students are invited to join Rick Hansen and become part of the Many in Motion by identifying inclusive features, recognizing barriers, and imagining meaningful improvements in their school.
