Siobhan graduated from Dalhousie University with a Master of Urban, Regional, and Rural Planning degree. Her Masters Thesis reviewed Municipal Planning Policy to determine the consideration for persons with disabilities regarding various aspects of life including the built environment, information and communication, delivery and receipt of goods and services, transportation, education, and employment.
Siobhan is now the Accessibility Planning Specialist for Dalhousie University in the Facilities Management Department where her main role is to identify existing barriers in the built environment and strategically plan for the elimination of identified barriers. Siobhan completed the RHFAC program in May of 2018 and continues to learn how best to design universally.
