As a RHF Accessibility Certification Professional and training facilitator, Wanda Harbin brings her knowledge and experience to helping organizations become accessible in the built environment, change attitudes, and promote Universal Design as Nova Scotia strives towards accessibility by 2030.Wanda’s work in this field has been recognized locally with the Mel Hebb Hourglass Action Award from Nova Scotia League for Equal Opportunities, as well as nationally by Transportation Canada with an Award of Excellence in recognition for her leadership in promoting accessibility for Traveling Public.

Wanda Harbin has been both a facilitator and manager in the training and professional development field for over 30 years. Her passion and specialization has been in fostering a sensitive work environment for Persons with Disabilities and leading the implementation of various Accessibility Codes of Practice and Regulations in the Federal environment.
