Caleb has 9 years of experience working in the commercial and residential construction industry, gaining practical and project management experience. His time in the field has led him across Canada, providing his expertise in accessibility on projects.

The past number of years Caleb has placed greater focus on providing access in the built environment. Caleb's expertise in access have been included in notable projects such as the CN Tower (Accessible Audit and long term access plan), Canada's Museums of Science and Innovation (Collections Conservation Centre new building), University of Toronto (Hart House renovation), and Bishop's University (Student Centre renovation).

Van Esch Enterprise has been providing commercial and residential services in Southern Ontario for over 30 years. As a family owned corporation, we have always placed the needs and requirements of our customer ahead of everything else. Using universal design principals has helped us take an aging-in-place approach to our projects.
