*Students - Students must submit an official letter on their Institution’s letterhead OR a photocopy of their 2011/2012 Student ID from the Institution where they are studying as proof of their Student status. Submit documentation by fax to 604-681-1049 (attention: i2012), or by email to i2012registration@rickhansen.com. Student registrations will not be accepted without receipt of this documentation.
**Unpaid caregiver - Individuals who provide care and assistance for a family member or friend who is in need of support because of a physical, cognitive or mental health condition. Family denotes both biological family and/or a family of choice.
Unpaid caregivers must register for Interdependence 2012 using the i2012 registration form. Registration fee is the same as a person with disability. Unpaid caregivers receive the following conference benefits: all conference sessions, welcome reception, exhibition entry and coffee breaks.
